Breitbart’s opponent, blogger Lamar White Jr., had called O’Keefe (the “pimp” behind the ACORN takedown and the attempted bugging of a Democratic Senator’s office) a felon. O’Keefe is suing Current TV, Keith Olbermann, that station’s lead host and news director, and David Shuster, who was sitting in for Olbermann on “Countdown,” for referring to him on-air as a “convicted felon” who had been accused of rape. He’s actually been convicted of a misdemeanor.
